I chose the name Carol Designs as a heartfelt tribute to my mother, honouring her presence as I step into this new and exciting chapter of my life. I am an approachable individual with a creative spirit and a down-to-earth nature, never taking myself too seriously.

Travel is one of my greatest passions, as it allows me to immerse myself in different cultures, broaden my perspective, and continue learning. I value personal growth and enjoy stepping outside my comfort zone, always eager to embrace new experiences and creative challenges.

Highly organised and sociable, I thrive in collaborative environments where clear communication and teamwork are essential. I bring strong IT skills to my work and am well accustomed to working under pressure while consistently meeting deadlines.

My creative interests are deeply rooted in hands-on practices such as printmaking, bookbinding, and surface design, and I am excited to continue exploring the many creative paths available to me. I have gained valuable industry experience through a cultural exchange programme with My Brother’s Keeper (MBK) and Vault49 which received two Emmy Award nominations, as well as through job placements including time at Portas and a two-week placement with Design Bridge & Partners.

Together, these experiences have shaped my creative approach and strengthened my passion for thoughtful, well-crafted design.
